Hi @Shaishai, thanks for replying! <3 Yes, I've been looking at some photos from Patrik and Paolo, and both are great surgeons so I think I have a good problem anyhow. :)

When I mean natural look, I want them to still look small. My main goal is to have my own breasts, but to fill them out more so that I can wear more clothes such as filling out a sports bra or bikini! It is not so fun not to fill them up :( It is also not natural for Asians to have more than a C cup, so C cup is the maxxxx I will go from my 32A now.

I am looking forward to seeing the undressed pictures! I have more or less made up my mind to go with Patrik since I like him more as a doctor, and more or less I know that I'd prefer a demi profile. But what confuses me is why the demi 360 looks natural and not too big on the 3D simulation, but when I tried the fillers, it looks so huge and wide on my chest. So, I am wondering if there's any option with Patrik to still have me on a demi profile, my BWD but on a smaller size than 360....

Since silicone breasts aren’t as mouldable as “natural” breasts they basically “demand” bigger cup sizes due to their firmness and roundness. If you wanna achieve a C cup it would most likely be a visual C cup rather than an actual C cup in a bra if u understand what i mean :)

Exactly! And I do not want to look wide with my new breasts. In this case, I’d rather be small and have small boobs :p I didn’t know that theres a difference with silicone boobs being not as moudable, thus how it fits into a bra will be very different from a normal boob haha. Thanks! :D I did ask him to go down .25 or .05, but he says that my nipples are a little wide so he needs to give me a bigger implant to push my nipples towards the middle. Ah think I’ll just trust him. There’s too many variables to consider!

Ha! That’s exactly my train of thought! I can’t wait to check out the silver section! I was actually recommended Motiva by both Patrik from Nordiska and Paolo from AK. Since they are both so reknowned, I wasn’t gonna question them.

However, from my whole study :p , I feel pretty confident going for it since Motiva Ergonomix is supposedly the softest. They also move, look and feel more like natural breasts, which is my main purpose.

What is sideboobs btw! I’ve seen it written around the forum but wondering how sideboobs make it unnatural? Do only people who’s done breast augmentation have side boobs?
