I am an American medical student currently living in Stockholm while I am researching the experience of plastic surgery patients (specifically breast augmentation).  I am conducting a completely voluntary and confidential research project which consists of some standard survey questions for women who have had a breast augmentation procedure (bröstförstoring).  Participation in the study requires minimal commitment as it only consists of answering survey questions (available in both Swedish and English). Answering the questions is estimated to take no longer than 30 minutes on average.

 

This study is a purely academic endeavor, there is no money involved or compensation to either the study subjects nor myself.  The motivation behind the study is that I would like to specialize in plastic surgery in the future and I am interested in getting the patients' perspective on the very popular procedure of breast augmentation.  Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in contributing your experience to the study.  Thank you so much for your consideration.
