Choosing between Wider & Flatter or Narrower & Higher implants for 5.6"/123lbs + 12" BWD

Hi guys! Firstly, sorry for speaking English, but it is hard enough to navigate the world of breast implants, but it is double hard to navigate it in a new language. I hope you girls are okay with me speaking English! >.< I've been on consultations with 2 surgeons, and I am unsure which implant style to go for! My aim is to get natural breasts. I can't decide if a Wider & Flatter Implants or Narrower Implants will look more natural on me.  My Stats: 170cm +  56kg + 12 BWD. UK6-8, Zara XS 1. The first surgeon recommended me Motiva Ergonomix Demi 265 (11") implants or Full 315 (11").  2. My second surgeon recommended me Motiva Erognonomix Mini 310 (12.25") implants or Demi 360. Can anyone with similar stats share your results and thoughts with me? I am also worried that Demi 360 will look too big on me. I would like a small C at best. Thanks! /Angelyn

Hi there Angelyn! Nordiska Kliniken have awesome before & after pics on their instagram account. If you have an insta account you should totally check them out! According to your description about yourself, i dont think that any of them would look too big on you. You say natural look, do you mean like a flatter look? Or do you want some projection? You can still achieve a natural look if u have more projection :)! Did you do a 3D simulation? When u tried the implants, which one did you like better :)? Whenever you become silver here you’ll be able to see undressed pics. A lot of girls here w similar stats have got such nice and natural results w those named projections that you were recommended. But until then u can always check on the clinic’s instagram acc :)! Good luck to you!

Hi @Shaishai, thanks for replying! <3 Yes, I've been looking at some photos from Patrik and Paolo, and both are great surgeons so I think I have a good problem anyhow. :) When I mean natural look, I want them to still look small. My main goal is to have my own breasts, but to fill them out more so that I can wear more clothes such as filling out a sports bra or bikini! It is not so fun not to fill them up :( It is also not natural for Asians to have more than a C cup, so C cup is the maxxxx I will go from my 32A now. I am looking forward to seeing the undressed pictures! I have more or less made up my mind to go with Patrik since I like him more as a doctor, and more or less I know that I'd prefer a demi profile. But what confuses me is why the demi 360 looks natural and not too big on the 3D simulation, but when I tried the fillers, it looks so huge and wide on my chest. So, I am wondering if there's any option with Patrik to still have me on a demi profile, my BWD but on a smaller size than 360....

I completely understand what u mean there about the implants looking big and wide in the sportsbra :O. I thought i looked soo bulky haha.. do you know your BWD? You should definitely ask Patrik what he thinks about you going smaller on the BWD with demi :)! Since silicone breasts aren’t as mouldable as “natural” breasts they basically “demand” bigger cup sizes due to their firmness and roundness. If you wanna achieve a C cup it would most likely be a visual C cup rather than an actual C cup in a bra if u understand what i mean :)

Exactly! And I do not want to look wide with my new breasts. In this case, I’d rather be small and have small boobs :p I didn’t know that theres a difference with silicone boobs being not as moudable, thus how it fits into a bra will be very different from a normal boob haha. Thanks! :D I did ask him to go down .25 or .05, but he says that my nipples are a little wide so he needs to give me a bigger implant to push my nipples towards the middle. Ah think I’ll just trust him. There’s too many variables to consider!

Ah cool! Well one less thing to worry about then :)! I would trust him too :) after all, they see more boobs than we do so they should know what they’re talking about hahha :P
