PIP domstolsbeslut/rättegång
Hej! Idag fick jag domstolsbeslutet för pip implantaten. Jag har gått via proforma och deras ombud. Någon mer som fått det och kunnat tyda vad det står? Det är på franska.. Mvh Fanny

Hej, jag har vart i kontakt med vår franska advokat som sagt :
Sorry for the delay, we received the judgement the 29th of November and as it’s a very long and important decision, we are still working on the translation for Proforma Clinic and they will, then, inform all of you.
As of now, I’m happy to inform you that the Court allowed you € 8440. But as it’s only a judgement, TUV informed us that they will pursue in the Court of Appeal, and unfortunately we don’t have the provisional execution (because in a former trial with other complainants, where they received a provision, they were then enable to give back te money).
We will then have to wait for the decision of the Court of appeal to receive this sum, hopefully the decision will be the same, but not before one more year or more. de sa att TUV kommer förmodligen överklaga. PROFORMA meddelade detta för någon vecka sedan :
Motparten TüV har överklagat domen för alla som vann i förstainstansen och vår Franska advokatbyrå har överklagat för de som förlorade i första instansen.
Samtliga fall kommer i sin helhet att prövas på nytt av appellationsdomstolen. För denna förhandling har vi ännu inget datum.
Dock har jag inte fått någon info från proforma på post. ?
